What do we look for: Innovative technology startups (software or hardware) that have a seed idea / product, viable market opportunity, initial growth business model identified, passionate, open minded team and have multi-functional needs to reach the first proof point.

Ron Bushman
Ron is a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of design and management expertise, and provides a unique perspective on retail store design, advertising and in-store communications. For the past 20 years, Ron has focused on using design as a tool to leverage technology to create more engaging and interactive consumer experiences for brands and retailers. Ron has developed in-venue marketing strategies for many leading brands throughout the country. Ron is currently responsible for design and innovation at InRealty and continues to bring new concepts and value to brands and retailers.
Lisa Cramer
Built on 25 years of experience selling software solutions with IBM, Viasoft, KnowledgeWare, and LeadLife Solutions, Lisa leads all sales and marketing efforts at InReality. Lisa is also the recipient of several awards, including “Top Women to Watch” by the SLMA.
Ron Levac
As a retail expert, Ron has extensive experience in successfully launching new technologies across the US, APAC, and EMEA markets. Ron has also held several C-Level roles within startup, corporate manufacturing, and software companies and now leads InReality’s customer implementation and success programs.
